Customer OS products are delivered digitally. No physical books, binders, printed materials or other products are shipped by mail or courier.

 

Digital Delivery

After your purchase is successfully completed, the digital program materials and/or download instructions will be provided electronically using the email address entered during checkout.

Delivery is normally initiated shortly after payment has been successfully processed. In some cases, payment verification or technical processing may cause a short delay.

 

No Shipping Charges

Because all Customer OS programs are delivered electronically:

• there are no shipping or handling charges

• there are no courier or postal delivery fees

• there are no customs or import charges related to physical delivery

 

What You Receive

Your purchase may include digital versions of materials such as:

• Team Leader Playbook

• Team Member Guide

• implementation tools and resources

• editable source files where included with the program

• other program-specific digital materials identified on the applicable product page

The exact contents of each purchase are described on the relevant Customer OS program page.

 

Receiving Your Order

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address during checkout and for ensuring they can receive messages and download digital files.

If you do not receive your digital delivery information after completing your purchase, please:

1. Check your spam or junk-mail folder.

2. Confirm that the email address used during checkout was entered correctly.

3. Contact Customer OS for assistance.

 

Digital Delivery Problems

If a download link does not work, a file appears to be missing, or you experience another technical delivery problem, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access to the materials included with your purchase.

Physical Delivery

Customer OS does not currently offer physical delivery of its Industry Training Kits. Customers who choose to print program materials are responsible for their own printing and related costs.
